About

Emerging Contemporary British Painter, Georgina has exhibited her work in London, Melbourne and Europe, as well as featuring in British Vogue 2022. She has completed a number of live art installations in the UK in collaboration with Gone Rogue, Pikes Ibiza and Marston Park. She recently completed an Artist Residency on Hydra Island, Greece, 2023, and her art was also featured on The London Underground 2023.

With her most recent client being Dame Emma Thompson (July 2024), you can now find Georgina working from Greenhouse Studios, Sydney, after moving to Australia from London earlier this year.

Her work incorporates bold colours, mixed media, and movement inspired by her dance background. Georgina’s work is a cathartic expression of her internal emotional world, created using embodied expression of impulsive brush strokes and intense scratching.

Her previous projects have explored themes of female body autonomy and the experience of her time thus far spent on Gadigal and Larrakia land, unravelling her feelings of living on colonised land.

Georgina has also recently launched The Rat’s Curation, bringing the art of European and London based female artists to the Australian market.

As for her dance background, Georgina has performed on live TV, music videos, world-class cabaret, feature films, and more, working for world-renowned choreographers, companies, and directors including Danielle Polanco and Matt Reeves. Georgina has worked for a number of brands and artists including the BBC, Warner Brothers, Idles Band, Sigrid, Netflix, Agent Provocateur, Spotify, and E!

Previously a cabaret soloist at London’s Soho House and The Hippodrome, you can now find Georgie teaching Heels classes at Sydney Dance Company, and most recently working as Movement Director for Paradiso Pool Party X Mardi Gras 2025.
